The current progression regarding the Covid19 pandemic unfortunately make it necessary for aixit to intensify the rules regarding the data center access and the associated hygiene measures again.

The current progression regarding the Covid19 pandemic unfortunately make it necessary for aixit to intensify the rules regarding the data center access and the associated hygiene measures again.

We would like to ask you to follow these rules and thus help to ensure that working in the data center remains safe. Many thanks.

Access to the Frankfurt data center in Rebstöcker Straße will still be possible. However, we ask customers and partners to keep visits to a minimum and to check the necessity of any work.
Any access must be announced in advance and it will be discussed with the technicians whether there is a possibility that the work can be solved by an aixit employee on site.
Our employees will be happy to assist you with your concerns.

From now on, the protective mask rules in the data center will apply again: When entering the building, as well as during visits to the offices, mouth and nose protection is mandatory.
Wearing the mask is optional when working on the data center floor. If there is contact or joint work with one of our employees, wearing a mask is also obligatory here. We ask that your employees are equipped accordingly.
If no mask is available, please let us know in advance and we will hand out a protective mask at the registration desk.

We would like to keep the risk of infection for our technicians who maintain the operation as low as possible, therefore it is necessary to reduce the customer contact to an absolute minimum.

During the next few weeks, the Frankfurt data center will be operated on site with a 2-shift staff. The aixit service times will not change for the time being:
From Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, technicians will always be on site and service requests will be dealt with promptly. However, we ask for your understanding if an inquiry cannot be solved in the usual time.

A service request will be recorded as usual by our ticket system. Please use the communicated service address and the service hotline.
