Once the requirements have been discussed, an initial aixit quote is prepared and sent out. As a rule, any queries are then clarified and, if necessary, items are adjusted accordingly. Optional additional products, such as IP address ranges or DDoS protection, can also be included. If the updated offer is suitable and has been accepted, a contract is drawn up by the aixit sales staff and sent to the customer. When aixit receives the signed contract, everything is ready to start working together on the agreed contract start date.
A test phase for colocation services generally makes no sense. The installation of the hardware is usually too complex for a test setup to be worthwhile. However, it is possible and quite common to arrange a joint appointment for a data center inspection. Here you can get a good overview of the infrastructure and clarify many questions in a joint discussion.
